Our Plans

Current situation on the Russian market is demanding a relatively small amount of automatic transmissions (AT) at a relatively low price. The economical barrier for foreign AT manufacturers that prevents their coming to the Russian market has two main reasons:

  • lack of solvent demand for this kind of equipment at the average world price;
  • insufficient capacity of the Russian market for the traditional production amounts of the world leading AT manufacturers.

To ensure the competitive advantages of Russian AT for period of 5-10 years, we are planning to produce and to offer to our clients the following AT:

  • With 6-8 speeds - to ensure high performance.
  • With high efficiency - to ensure economy.
  • With minimum assemblies and details - to ensure reliability and low price.

AT of that type had been designed in the Bauman Moscow State Technical University. Our specialists have created design that let assess our AT potential advantages realizability.

We are intending to produce two primary kinds of automatic transmissions.

One will be suitable for use in Russian build middle-class rear wheel drive sedan with 2.3-2.7 gas engine. The other – in front wheel drive small class vehicle with 1.4-1.8 gas engine. Both AT will have six forward and one rear speeds.

We are planning to supply most of the Russian automobile manufacturers with our transmissions.

Our company has already achieved firm agreement with JSC “GAZ” (Nizhnii Novgorod) which produces middle-class sedan “Volga” as well as with JSC “UAZ” (Ulyanovsk) which produces Russian army off-road vehicle. All this vehicles will use the same AT with some modification differences.

The other AT based on the same planetary gear set kinematics is planned to be used in small class “Lada” (JSC “VAZ”, Tolyatti), as well as in Ford Focus (Russian assembly plant in Vsevolzhsk), Chevrolet Viva (Russian assembly plant in Tolyatti) and Renault Logan (Russian assembly plant in Moscow).
